Unit 3 ~ Summary/Exit Ticket: Theory into Practice

In this unit, we –

• identified key dispositions that support the mentoring skills of collaborative relationships and team building;
• focused on a key skill necessary for relationship building: active listening;
• explored universal needs which must be met as a foundation for authentic relationships and effective team building; and
• discussed the concept of ecological validity and its relationship to building collaborative relationships.
