Intervention specialist preparation programs expect their students to display professional dispositions which lead to successful collaborations with paraeducators and other partners (Mattson, 2023).  The dispositions in the left hand column are also listed as high leverage collaborative practices (McLeskey et al., 2017).  These are dispositions that both paraeducators and educators can demonstrate if they want to work towards effective  collaboration.
