Supporting Student Behaviors
(Instructor-Led WORKSHOP)

This flipped-style training is designed to support is designed to equip paraprofessionals build knowledge and strategies on the topic of managing difficult student behavior. These nine units within the workshop are designed in a sequential manner to deliver instruction via videos, short texts, infographics, and brief opportunities for self-assessment or practice that include interactive tools such as card sorts, multiple choice questions and scenarios. Students will come together with paraeducators across the state to learn via online zoom sessions prior to setting forth to experience the online content on their own each week.
